expect apart from the basic pre-requisites is that you should have the niche to
write and the rest is on us”.
I receive many applications on a
day but it is again a task to separate the odd one out. Segregate their CV’s
then their Articles. Go through each one by one. Reject many, then from the
selected few give them a call and appoint a time for the interview.
The Interview
Some can just ramble on about
themselves even before being asked. Some are scared to death as if they are
standing beside a lion and I the hungry lion will eat them up. Then there comes
the confident one, who is all smiley and cheerful, carrying the vibes with her.
Well, I hire her. Because personalities make a huge impact on the work itself,
a cheerful personality will have a great outcome, and will have the stamina to
deal with situations. And if it comes with a writer then I need nothing more in
the content writer I am looking for.
